In the Gospel of Thomas Jesus is reported to have said, "The Kingdom of the Father is spread out upon the earth, but men do not see it." The same thing is true today.
To answer your questions specifically, no I am not thinking while replying to your post, and no, I do not have to think. The world I perceive is not dualistic. I am THIS, and THIS is not divided! THIS is in front of your eyes, but you don't yet see it. THIS is what you are, but you haven't yet realized it.
The best advice is contained in Psalms 46:10, "Be still (and know that I am God)." Be still, and look without knowing. If you get one glimpse of what is always here and now, you will fall on your knees in reverence. Find THAT, and then decide for yourself about the importance of moral precepts. Only then will you know when it is correct to keep the precepts and when it is correct to break the precepts.
In short, die, now, while you're still alive, and discover THAT which never dies.
