Sure, we know that two plus two equals four, and that we can call those tall things with leaves "trees," but that's trivial. What we are looking for is the living truth--THAT. I prefer to call it "THIS" because THIS seems more immediate and more intimate than THAT. "THAT" seems to point "over there," and I want to emphasize what is always here and now.
So, what IS THIS? It is eating french fries or sipping coffee at a formica table in McDonalds. This is how the absolute spends NOW. For the Absolute there is no time or space; there is only NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW, ad infinitum. What can you see? Whatever you see is what the Absolute sees. What can you hear? Same same. There are not two things here; there is only THIS doing what IT does. Please take a good look.
