When we get to a point where intellectual understanding has gone as far as it can go, it's time to relax and live life without reflection. Any time the idea of waiting for anything arises, shift attention to whatever is happening at that moment. There is no one waiting for anything; that's another aspect of the "me" illusion. Your ordinary life is the Way. Remain attentive. Simply look, listen, and act. Moment by moment the body knows what to do. If there is attentiveness without self-referential "checking," or any kind of expectation, the sense of being a "me" will sooner or later collapse.
