LOA and ATA advice "assumes volition."

Some of us do not assume anything about that. I suggest ATA and other related activities to people because I have to! Ha ha. I never know, nor assume, anything about the outcome. Some people hear the suggestion and do it; other people do not. This is the nature of "what is."
