No one can tell you definitively what to do

...because no one knows exactly what you're experiencing. It has been my experience that the answer to any question you can conceive lies within yourself. The answer may lie deep, but if you are attentive, and if you patiently bear in mind what you want to know, the answer will appear. If I had an important existential question and some free time to contemplate it, I would go for long walks in the woods or mountains, or sit in silence and wait for the answer to manifest. You are the ultimate authority on you, so trust yourself 100%. Look within.
