When a thought like this appears, "I've come too far on this spiritual journey for......(whatever)" look to see if that is true. The only one who appears to go on a journey is "you." The real you never takes a step in any direction.
If such a thought appears, notice how the thought psychologically separates an imaginary "you" from "what is." If attention is shifted away from such thoughts to what can be seen or heard, the imaginary "you" and any imaginary "progress" instantly disappears.
Attention can either rest upon ideas or isness, but not at the same time. It is one or the other. Stay with isness.
